The Tornik team combines strong management skills with a breadth of experience in contract manufacturing services unique to a mid-size contract electronic manufacturer. The entire team has had a range of OEM industry experience that provides them with an especially strong understanding of customer needs. All have had extensive experience in the contract manufacturing industry, many measured in decades. At Tornik, there is a stability, depth of knowledge and sense of teamwork that enable its managers to quickly grasp and provide proven solutions to its customers' most complex needs.

Connecticut Team

The Connecticut management team oversees integrated, common systems that support both Connecticut and Mexico.

	Founder & President	Ed Stephens
	General Manager	Ray Swanson As the firm's General Manger, Ray leads all day-to-day operations at both Tornik and EMS/Mexico. A degreed engineer, he has nearly twenty years experience in the nuclear electronics field. From his start as a lab technician, he rose to become head of the Nuclear Electronics Lab at Combustion Engineering. Before joining Tornik, Ray worked with a hi-tech printing start-up, guiding the launch of a groundbreaking printer design. Ray joined Tornik in 2000 and has guided the Engineering Department to one of the more respected in our industry. Today, as General Manager, he is guiding our company through a period of unprecedented success.
	VP Sales & Marketing	Ed Diamond Ed joined Tornik in 2006 to expand and grow company sales both domestically and in Mexico. Before joining the Tornik management team, he ran his own contract manufacturing business for nearly 15 years. Ed, who had graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business, held senior level management positions in technology and operations for leading manufacturing and publishing companies, including several in the Fortune 500.

Mexico Team

There are also managers for production, quality and process engineering at the EMS/ Mexico Tijuana division, including:

	Plant Manager	Eduardo Ramirez With degrees in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Production Systems, Mathematics and Business, Eduardo brings more than 20 years experience to Tornik. During that period he led the manufacturing engineering functions at two cable harness and relay companies. In 1996, Eduardo moved EMS/Mexico from Tecate to Tijuana. During this period, he has built that facility into a first class manufacturing operation with a seasoned management team.
